Start here to learn the foundations of the 5 week formula I’ve created for you to build your most efficient daily break.
At the end of this course, you will have designed a custom plan for your 15 minute daily break. The strategies you will learn in this course are designed to save you from information overwhelm. With this course, you will learn to make healthy habits throughout your work day, week, and year, that provide you with a healthy and happy relationship with the stresses of life.

What you will be doing in this program:
- 5 weeks of online courses built to be digested 15 minutes at a time, so you can be efficient and complete the coursework every week for 5 weeks. The ultimate goal is to create the perfect 15 minute focus session to boost productivity and energy health.
- Self-identify the road signs of a healthy workplace and life, and choose small ways to increase the power of your overall daily routine
- Each module is designed to give 15 minutes of information and actionable steps so you can learn to consistently produce more focus while you’re doing your daily responsibilities, money making activities, and everything in between.
- Learn the basics tips you need in your pocket so you can have an overall healthier stress recovery plan.
- Create a 15 minute break that will allow you to regain control of your energy state, workload, or attitude.
Once in the program, you can post comments or questions on any of the lessons. I’ll be right in the program with you to provide feedback, as well as current program members and alumni.
